- Why won't my video play?

It's usually the result of a problem within your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome). The following steps will fully resolve the issue:

  • 1. Be sure that you have the latest version of Flash downloaded. The link for Adobe Flash is: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  • 2.  Clear your internet browser's cookies and cache/history.

If that doesn’t resolve your issue, try an alternative browser, please try another browser.

Open the browser and go to our site at: https://www.swingscan.golf

Are you an AVG user ? It's possible that our streaming video content is being blocked by AVG. 
1. Open your internet browser and look for the AVG "eyeball." If using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome it will be in the top right-hand corner. If using Internet Explorer, it will be in the top center.
2. Click the eyeball and then click settings. When that page comes up you will see a list of blocked services. Make sure that our streaming content provider, Brightcove, is not checked and then click save. 
3. Go back to Swingscan, refresh the page, and the videos should play.

Your issue is still not resolved ?

Please send a detailed explanation of what you are experiencing. Include the operating system/version you're on (i.e. Windows 7, Safari, etc.) and the browser/version you are using (i.e. Internet Explorer version 11.0.18, etc.) to Support so your issue can be addressed individually. 


- I tried to reset my password but I haven’t I received the email on how to change it?

Did you tried to reset your password via the login page ‘Forgot my Password’ link,? You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password.

If you never received an email, it’s likely that the email associated with your account is not valid. 
Be sure you have not made a misspelling or a introduce a wrong email and please try with again.

If you still do not receive an email, please do the following:

Send an email to customerservice@swingscan.golf with the following information:

  • 1. Your full name
  • 2. Your SwingScan email

We will update your password for you at that time, and send you an email with instructions on how to login.


- How can I change my password?

Please do so by doing the following:

  • 1. Go to https://www.swingscan.golf
  • 2. Click on ‘Log In’ in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • 3. Login with Email and Password.
  • 4. Click ‘My Account’ in the top-right corner.
  • 5. Under ‘Account Settings’  please type in your Old Password and the New Password you would like to use, then click ‘Save’
